In-Game Mail Guide

In Raft Survival: Ocean Nomad, there is an in-game mail system where players receive various items and rewards.
Don’t forget to check it — especially after making purchases or claiming daily bonuses!

📥 When do items go to the mail?

Items are automatically sent to your mail in the following cases:

🎁 Purchases made in the in-game store or in the Raft Hub
📦 When there isn’t enough space in your inventory for a received item
📆 When you claim a daily reward

📦 How to claim items from the mail?

You can access your mail at any time, as long as you have access to it (through the main menu or in-game interface).

Items can be claimed in two ways:
🔹 Tap “Take” to claim items individually
🔹 Tap “Collect Rewards” to claim everything at once

📌 Important!
If your inventory is full, the item won’t be transferred, and you’ll see a message: “Inventory is full.”

🧩 System Features

📅 Each item in the mailbox displays the date it was received

📂 You can filter items by type using the dropdown menu in the top right:
• Food
• Armor
• Weapons
• Gear & other

🔄 Duplicate items are not merged
For example, doubloons received from different sources will appear as separate entries.
