Raft Survival: Ocean Nomad is a survival game where you build a raft, gather resources, explore islands, and defend yourself from sharks.

📱Which platforms is the game available on?

The game is available on Android (Google Play) and iOS (App Store).

📦I purchased an item, but didn’t receive it

Make sure to check your in-game mailbox. In rare cases, the transaction may take a few minutes to process. If you still haven’t received anything, contact support with your receipt and in-game ID.

🆔Where can I find my player ID?

You can find it in the Settings menu. It’s required for contacting support or entering contests.

🌐What is Raft Hub?

Raft Hub — a brand-new central hub for Raft Survival: Ocean Nomad! In one convenient place, you can now: Access exclusive content, stay up to date with the latest news and updates, claim daily rewards, track your achievements, visit the store, and take part in the loyalty program.

📴Can I play offline?

An Internet connection is required for saving your progress and downloading additional content. Without it, the game might not function properly.

💰Why are only two chests free and the rest paid?

There are two types of content: One is available for free or by watching ads, the other requires a premium purchase. It’s completely optional — you can enjoy the game without spending anything.

🧱How do I collect resources?

Use the hook to pull items from the water. You can also collect resources on islands.

📦Why can’t I pick up an item?

Check your inventory — free up space or upgrade storage.

🛠️How do I expand my raft?

Open the building menu (hammer icon), select a section, and place it if you have enough resources.

🦈How do I defend against sharks?

Craft a spear or other weapon. When a shark attacks, hit it to drive it away.

⛏Where can I find aluminum ore?

Aluminum ore may be found at: Yamatai Island, Fishermen’s Village, Ruined Container

Note: It’s not guaranteed to spawn — try visiting these islands multiple times.

👥I can’t find multiplayer — how do I play with friends?

Multiplayer is available as a separate download from the main menu. Install it to play with friends or other players.

🌼How can I get the yellow flower?

Yellow flowers appear on Panau Island and Yamatai Island. They may not spawn right away — island loot is randomized.

🗺️How do I reach an island?

The world map and access to islands are unlocked after completing the tutorial.

⚠️Can I play with friends on different platforms?

Unfortunately, cross-platform multiplayer is not supported. Each platform (Android / iOS) has separate servers.
